This troubleshooting guide will take you though a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

We found 9 possible causes:

  1. Little or no network coverage
  2. No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established
  3. Your tablet hasn't been correctly set up for mobile internet
  4. You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your tablet
  5. You've established a connection to a Wi-Fi network, but you aren't logged on
  6. You've turned on manual network selection and are out of range of the selected network
  7. Flight mode is turned on
  8. Mobile data is turned off on your tablet
  9. Wi-Fi isn't turned on on your tablet
